Shipping destinations:

We ship to all 50 US States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and Canada. Please note, we are unable to ship select Honest Products to Canada. We do not ship to any other US territories, mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.

• If the address is close to one of our warehouses, you can qualify for free 2-day shipping. 
• At times, we offer FREE shipping which we shall announce on our weekly email newsletters. 
• Please subscribe to our email list to be among the first to receive promos, discounts and even free gifts which we offer on occassions.Your purchase will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

We offer a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund on the product less shipping, if applicable. Please email us a photo at: support@keverydayusa.com

• Timing: we have a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

• Products that are almost empty are not eligible for returns. 

• For returns, please email support@keveryday.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

• We do not provide prepaid labels. We suggest that you ship back the items with tracking information. 

• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods.

• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
